Manage your team
Add an employee, give them the right access, and remove it cleanly when they leave.
Everything in a workspace is visible to somebody or to nobody. Who decides that is the team page.
Step by step
- Open Central → Team.
- Add the person with their name, e-mail and role.
- Give them a role rather than individual rights — see Roles and permissions.
- Tick Invite to the IDup app if you want chat, appointments, hours and push with them.
- When they leave, deactivate their access. Their work — tasks, tickets, time — stays where it is; only the access goes.
Your plan's limit
Each plan includes a number of employees: private Basic 1, Plus 3, Premium 5; Starter, Solo and Essential 5; Business, Team and Professional 20; Enterprise, Agency and Institutional 50. Extra users can be added on top rather than forcing a plan change.
Each company sees only its own people
In a workspace that belongs to one company, the team list is scoped to that company. So are the dropdowns that assign a task, a project, a ticket or a lead — you cannot assign work to somebody in another company by accident.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
