The digital letterbox

The Postbox turns paper post into something you can search. Incoming mail is scanned and lands in an inbox. Outgoing letters are written in IDup and posted for you.

It is part of private Plus and Premium and of the second and top plans of the business families. Basic, Starter, Solo and Essential do not include it. See Postbox only from the second plan.

Step by step

1. Open Letterbox. If several mailboxes are set up, each has its own entry and inbox.
2. Dashboard shows what arrived recently and what is still unopened.
3. Inbox is the list of scanned incoming mail. Open an item to read the scan.
4. Send Letter writes an outgoing letter. Sent keeps what you sent.
5. Folders files what you want to keep. Search looks inside the scans.
6. Bulk Delivery sends the same letter to many recipients. Statistics shows the volume.

In the app

1. Open the letterbox in the app.
2. New mail arrives as a push notification under New letterbox mail.
3. The last loaded inbox stays readable without a connection. It is marked Offline, as of the time it was loaded.

Amounts

Private Plus and Premium include the Postbox without a stated limit. In the business families, the middle plan includes 300 letters and documents and the top plan 450, with 1 Postbox mailbox.

Who may open a mailbox

A mailbox belongs to a person or to a company. Access is granted per mailbox under Letterbox → Mailboxes.
