Private plans: Basic, Plus and Premium
What each private plan contains — Basic is free, Plus adds the letterbox and AI accounting, Premium adds invoicing and assets.
The private plans are for your own paperwork rather than a company's. They are much smaller than the business plans by design, and the free one is genuinely free.
The Basic plan — free, with no time limit
This is the account a company gives you when it connects you, and the one you can create for yourself. It includes:
- Simple accounting, accounts and account planning, cash and bank balances.
- Appointments and reminders.
- Document management, file sharing and a file saver.
- Notes and a personal to-do list.
- IDup AI.
- A mailbox, reports, exports and the Swiss QR bill.
- Tax filing.
- Two-factor sign-in and the app.
Size: 1 employee, 10 customers, 30 contacts, 20 items, 1 GB of storage.
The Plus plan — letterbox and AI accounting
- Letterbox — the digital postbox. It is not in Basic at all; in Plus it is unlimited.
- AI accounting — receipts read and booked automatically rather than typed.
Size: 3 employees, 30 customers, 100 contacts, 100 items, 5 GB of storage.
The Premium plan — invoicing, assets and property
- Writing invoices — Premium is the private plan that can issue invoices (up to 500), with the invoice builder, e-invoicing and invoice file attachments.
- Assets — recording what you own.
- Property — the real-estate area for flats and houses you own or rent out.
Size: 5 employees, 100 customers, 200 contacts, unlimited items, 20 GB of storage.
What no private plan has
The private plans deliberately leave out the company machinery: leads, projects, tasks, tickets, estimates, proposals, contracts, credit notes, the CRM, the shop and AI Studio. If you need those, the business family is the right one.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
