Assets and property in a private account
Premium adds a place to record what you own — equipment and vehicles as assets, flats and houses as property.
Knowing what you own, what it cost and what it is worth now is the part of private paperwork that is usually spread across a folder, a spreadsheet and memory. Premium gives it a home.
Assets
- Open the assets area and add each item with its purchase date and price.
- Attach the invoice or the photo to the record, so the proof and the entry stay together.
- Record its location and, where it applies, its warranty.
- Use depreciation if you need a current value rather than a purchase price.
Property
- Open the property area and add each property with its address and type.
- Record the owner and, for a rented property, the tenants.
- Keep the documents — contract, plans, correspondence — attached to the property.
- Use the reports to see rent, costs and vacancies over time.
The same area is what a small landlord or a property manager uses professionally; in a private Premium plan it is simply scoped to what you own.
