Assets and property in a private account
Premium adds a place for what you own: securities, vehicles and valuables, and real estate.
Knowing what you own, what it cost and what it is worth now is usually spread across a folder, a spreadsheet and memory. Premium gives it a home. These areas are only in the Premium plan.
Assets and investments
- Open the assets area and add each item with its purchase date and price.
- Attach the invoice or the photo, so proof and entry stay together.
- Record its location and, where it applies, its warranty.
- Use depreciation if you need a current value rather than a purchase price.
Examples are securities, vehicles and valuables.
Real estate
- Open the property area and add each property with its address and type.
- Record the owner and, for a rented property, the tenants.
- Keep the documents attached to the property: contract, plans, correspondence.
- Use the reports to see rent, costs and vacancies over time.
The same area is what a small landlord or a property manager uses professionally. In Premium it is simply meant for what you own.
