Tax clients and trustee clients in the app
Your client sees My tax file or My trust file in the app, uploads documents, approves and writes to the office.
A tax client or trust client has their own screen in the IDup app. It is free for the client. The office is notified when something arrives.
What the client sees
In the app the client opens My area and selects the tile My tax file or My trust file. The tile says: upload documents, approve and write to the office.
- The files, for example the tax return or the period.
- What is Still needed and what is Received, for example 2 of 5 documents received.
- The deadline: Due today, 5 days left or 3 days overdue.
- The status of the file.
Upload a document
- Open the file and select Upload.
- Take a photo, choose a photo or choose a file such as a PDF.
- Optionally enter a Document name.
- Wait for Uploaded. Thank you.
- The upload goes into the file that is open, with the next deadline. If there are several files, the app asks you to choose.
- Without a connection, the app says the upload is sent as soon as you are online.
- Only PDFs and photos are accepted. Large files and many uploads in a short time are refused with a message.
Approve and write
- When the office asks for approval, the client approves in the app.
- Select Message to the office. The field Regarding links the message to a file or to General.
- The chat works without extra set-up. The message shows which file it is about.
What the office sees
- A bell notification at once for every upload and every approval. Clicking it opens the file.
- A push notification follows. The categories Taxes and Trust can be switched off.
- Employees with the Taxes or Trust right see only the chats of their own clients.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
