Keep the app up to date
Updates come through the App Store and Google Play like any other app — and the app follows the web, so new areas appear on their own.
Two different things change over time, and it helps to know which is which.
The app itself
- On iPhone or iPad, open the App Store, go to your account and update IDup — or leave automatic updates on.
- On Android, open Google Play, go to Manage apps & device and update IDup — or leave automatic updates on.
- If a screen behaves oddly after a long time without updating, update first before reporting it.
The areas inside it
The app's menu is not a list built into the app. It is fetched from your own workspace each time, so a module your company switches on, or a plan you move up to, appears in the app without an app update.
