Install the IDup app

The app is not a reduced version of the web. It draws the same sidebar your workspace draws, and it adds the three things a browser cannot do: push notifications, the camera, and a usable screen in your pocket.

Step by step

1. On iPhone or iPad, open the App Store and search for IDup, or go straight to the App Store page.
2. On Android, open Google Play and search for IDup, or go straight to the Google Play page.
3. Install it, open it, and sign in with the same e-mail address and password you use on the web.
4. If two-factor is on, type the six-digit code that arrives by e-mail.
5. Choose your area. The app shows the same list as the web: your company, your private account, and every company that connected you.
6. Allow notifications when the phone asks. Without that permission, push cannot reach you — see push categories.

What the app covers

The app's menu is generated from your own web sidebar, per person and per plan, so it shows what you are allowed to see and nothing else. Screens that have a native version open natively; the rest open inside the app as the web page, still inside your session.

Included in the plan

There is no separate app licence. The app is part of every plan, including the free private Basic plan.
