Keep the app up to date
Updates come through the App Store and Google Play. New areas appear on their own.
Two different things change over time. It helps to know which is which.
The app itself
- On iPhone or iPad, open the App Store, go to your account and update IDup. Or leave automatic updates on.
- On Android, open Google Play, go to Manage apps & device and update IDup. Or leave automatic updates on.
- If a screen behaves oddly after a long time without updating, update first before you report it.
The areas inside it
The app's menu is not a list built into the app. It is fetched from your own workspace each time. A module your company switches on, or a plan you move up to, appears in the app without an app update.
The same is true in the other direction. If your plan does not include an area, it is missing in the web and in the app. See Choose and change your plan.
