Workspaces
Split one company into working areas, so people see the part of it they work in.
A workspace is a slice of a company: a branch, a department, a client group. It is narrower than an additional company and wider than a permission.

Step by step
- Open Central → Workspaces and create one.
- Add the members who belong to it. Each member has a role in it — owner, workspace admin or member.
- Set who may manage workspaces at all; by default that is administrators plus the people you nominate.
- Switch your active workspace from the same place. What you see follows it.
- A newly assigned member is notified by e-mail, so nobody has to be told twice.
Where the workspace follows you
The active workspace carries across to the inbox and to AI Studio, so all three parts of IDup show the same slice rather than three different ones.
Workspace or additional company?
- Workspace — same company, same accounting, different area of work.
- Additional company — a separate legal entity with its own accounting and VAT. See Add another company.
