Modules: what is switched on in your workspace
Not every area exists in every workspace — the module list is what decides.
IDup is modular. Which areas appear in your sidebar depends on your plan and on what has been switched on, which is why two IDup workspaces can look quite different.
Step by step
- Open Modules to see what is available in your workspace.
- Switch on what you need. It appears in the sidebar for the people whose role allows it.
- Switch off what you do not use — a shorter sidebar is a faster one to navigate, and the data is not deleted.
- If something you expect is missing entirely, it is not in your plan. Check the pricing page for your family.
Why the sidebar differs between plans
- The private plans include far fewer modules than the business plans — no leads, projects, tickets or AI Studio.
- The tax advisor family adds the Taxes module; the trustee family adds Trust services.
- Inside a family, all three plans have the same modules and differ in size.
The platform side
Dashboard → SaaS is the platform operator's area — packages, tenants, Stripe pricing, invoices, updates, super assistants and the API. It exists only in the main installation, not in a customer workspace.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
