Step by step
- Open Calls → Call Logs for the general call list, independent of AI.
- Open a call to read its record.
- If your menu shows Calls → AI Call logs, open it to see the calls the AI lead manager handled and what came of them.
- Where your company uses Aircall, Calls → Connections holds the Aircall call list and its settings.

Other places movedEmail templates now sit under Templates. The Campaign planner sits under Marketing. The webmail entry was taken out of the menu.
