Use IDup AI

IDup AI is not a chatbot bolted onto the side. It sits inside your workspace and answers from your own data: your invoices, your customers, your projects.

The rule it works under is simple: it can look things up freely, and anything that changes data is confirmed by you first.

Step by step

1. Open IDup AI.
2. Ask in your own language. It understands questions about your workspace — open invoices, a customer's history, what is overdue.
3. It answers with the figures and links to the records it used, so you can check rather than trust.
4. Ask it to prepare something — a reminder run, a draft reply, a summary of a long ticket. It shows you the result before anything is sent or saved.
5. Confirm or discard. Nothing that changes data happens without that step.

What it is good at

• Finding something you know exists but cannot navigate to.
• Summarising a long history — a ticket thread, a project, a customer relationship.
• Drafting the reply you were going to write anyway.
• Reading a receipt and proposing the booking.

Where the limits are

• It answers from your workspace, not from general knowledge about your industry.
• It does not act on its own behind your back — critical actions require confirmation.
• It is bounded by your permissions. It cannot show you what your role cannot see.
