Features, places and address
What you can record per property type, how places and regions work, and which address fields a prospect fills in.
The step Your wishes shows only the features of the property types chosen. Pick Apartment and you see flat features, not land features.
Features per property type
- Groups exist for Apartment, House, Multi-family house, Commercial and Building land.
- Shared features appear once.
- Furnished is shown for rent only. Gross yield is shown for buying only.
- Each feature is Any, Nice or Must. A Must excludes properties that do not have it.
In the builder you can hide features and add your own feature, for example a number, a choice or Any / Nice / Must.
Places and regions
The field Region / town & postcode suggests places while you type. You can enter a country, region, district, town or postcode. Separate several with commas.
- For Switzerland there are cantons, districts, municipalities and postcodes. Named regions such as Region Olten work too.
- For other countries a worldwide place database is used. It carries a source line.
- The example under the field follows the country of your company, for example e.g. 8001 Zürich, 5001 Aarau.
- In the form you can limit the suggestions with Only these countries.
A match on a larger area includes the places inside it.
Radius
A prospect can choose Within … km or These places only. The radius needs the setting Resolve places for the radius via OpenStreetMap under Settings. Only the place name is sent, no personal data.
Address
The contact step has four labelled fields: Street, No., Postcode and Town. Street and number share one line. Postcode and town share another. Typing a postcode suggests the town and country.
These fields and the phone number are required by default. In the builder you can change that. The Message field shows its hint inside the field.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
