What is a search profile?
A search profile records who is looking for which property, where and at what price, and finds the properties that fit.
A search profile describes what one person is looking for. Example: A. Keller wants to rent a 3.5-room flat in Zürich for up to CHF 2,400 a month.
IDup keeps this together with the contact, compares it with your properties and vacant units, and shows the best matches with a percentage.

- The property types, for example Apartment or House.
- Places, postcodes or regions, with an optional radius.
- Price, rooms, area and move-in date.
- Features marked as Nice or Must.
- Contact details, source and consent.
