When the app has no signal
The last list you loaded stays readable without a connection, stamped with the time it was fetched.
A phone loses signal in a basement, on a train and in half of every building. The app is built for that rather than surprised by it.
What is kept on the device
The last loaded list of the core areas is stored on the phone: the dashboard, customers, invoices, tasks, tickets, the letterbox, messages and the open conversation, appointments (both the company's and your own), hours (both), tax and trust items (both), and bookings.
When one of those is shown from storage rather than from the server, the screen says so: Offline, as of <time>. You always know whether you are looking at now or at then.
What cannot work offline
- Creating, changing or deleting anything — those reach the server or they do not happen.
- Screens that open as the web page inside the app.
- Anything you have not loaded on that device at least once.
The usual errors, and what they mean
- No internet connection — the phone is offline. Use Retry once you have signal.
- A screen that stays empty after a retry usually means the area is not in your plan or not permitted for your role, not that it is broken.
- If sign-in fails repeatedly, check that you are using the e-mail address the company invited, and request a fresh code.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
