Manage leads
Everything before somebody is a customer: where leads come from, how they move, and how they become a customer.
A lead is a person you might do business with. The value of keeping them in IDup rather than in an inbox is that the moment they convert, the whole history comes with them.
Step by step
- Open Leads. The board shows your pipeline, with one column per stage.
- Add a lead by hand, or let one arrive from a web form, an import, or the AI lead manager.
- Work the lead: notes, tasks, reminders and attachments all live on it.
- Move it along the stages by dragging it. The stages are yours to define.
- When they say yes, convert the lead to a customer. The history, the files and the conversation move across.
The tools around leads
- Lead Finder — find new ones rather than wait for them.
- Lead Follow up → Manage Schedule — a schedule of follow-ups so none is forgotten.
- Lead Scoring — rank them so the best get your time first.
- CRM → Deals — where a lead has become a concrete opportunity with a value and a close date.
- Web to lead — a form on your site that creates the lead directly.
Reports
Reports & analytics → Reports → Leads shows the pipeline over time — where leads come from, where they stall and how many convert. SI Lead filter adds saved filters and filter templates for the views you need repeatedly.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
