Where to find itSales & Projects → Leads → All leads

Where leads come from automatically

  • Chatbot conversations in AI Studio that leave an e-mail address or a phone number.
  • Appointments booked through a chatbot or a calendar.
  • Messages in the shared inbox from a person who wrote to you.
  • Web forms, Lead Finder, imports and leads you add by hand.

IDup checks duplicates by e-mail first and by phone number second. A known lead gets a note instead of a second entry. A known customer gets a note on the customer. A phone number that fits several people is not added at all. A person without e-mail and phone creates no lead.

Work with the list

  • Filter by status, source type, exact source, stage, owner, tags, date and value.
  • Search by name, company, e-mail or phone.
  • Select Save view to keep filters and columns for yourself.
  • Tick rows for bulk actions: Change stage, owner, tags, Export, Mark as lost and Delete.
  • A converted lead links to its customer.

History

The history tab lists what happened: created, stage changed, assigned, call, e-mail, chat, appointment booked or cancelled, quote sent or accepted, converted, lost, deleted or restored. Open an entry to land on the right place in the lead file. Chat entries link to the conversation in AI Studio.

Delete and restore

Deleting needs the permission to delete leads and asks for confirmation with the number. Deleted leads stay in the trash for 30 days with their notes, files and appointments. You can restore them there. For 10 seconds after deleting you can also undo.
