Ideas, boards and visual thinking
The idea hub and the drawing tools, for the work that happens before a task exists.
Some things are not ready to be a task. They are a suggestion, a sketch or a diagram, and they need somewhere to live that is not somebody's notebook.
Idea hub
- Open Documents / files → Idea hub.
- Add the idea with enough context that somebody else can judge it.
- Let the team react to it. What survives becomes a task or a project.
Boards and diagrams
- Communication tools → Whiteboard — a free-form board for a workshop.
- Communication tools → Sketchboard — quick sketches.
- Communication tools → Diagrams — structured diagrams.
- Communication tools → MindMap — branching notes.
- Communication tools → Video library — recorded material, by category.
