The tools that do not belong anywhere else — exports, imports, the media library, backups and the logs.

Every system has a drawer. In IDup it is called Utilities, and it is worth knowing what is in it before you need it.

Step by step

Media — the image and file library used across the workspace.
Bulk PDF exporter, e-Invoice export, CSV export and Bulk XML exports — getting data and documents out.
Import tasks — bringing a task list in from a file.
Calendar — the combined calendar of everything with a date.
Map cluster — your customers on a map.
Announcements — a message to everybody in the workspace.
Sales goals, Activities, Surveys, Ticket by e-mail log.
Database backup and Flexi backup — a copy before you do something irreversible.

Activities — what happened in the workspace.
Central → Audit log — who changed what, scoped to your company.
Miscellaneous → Logtracker — the technical log board, with its own settings.
E-mail template → E-mail log — what mail actually went out.
