When something is different from yesterday and nobody remembers changing it, the audit log is the answer rather than a conversation.

Where to find itCentral → Audit log (administrators only).

Step by step

  1. Open Central → Audit log.
  2. Filter by person, by date or by what was touched.
  3. Each entry shows who acted, when, and on what.
  4. Use it alongside Central → Signed-in devices when you investigate an access question rather than a data question.

Sign-outs are recorded too

When a device or all devices of a person are signed out, the entry shows who did it, whom it concerned and by which route. Actions of the IDup main administrator are marked by … (IDup).

Scope

In a company workspace the log is limited to that company. You see the actions of the people in it, not of other companies on the platform.
