Privacy, cookies and the legal documents
Where the terms, the privacy policy, the GDPR page and the data-processing agreement live, and what the cookie settings control.
The documents that govern your use of IDup are public and linked from every page of idup.com. This article is a map of them.
The documents
- Terms and conditions — the contract: plans, additional companies, payment, term and notice.
- Privacy policy — what is stored, why, and for how long.

- Cookies policy — which cookies are set and what for.
- Imprint — who operates IDup.
The data-processing agreement, which a business customer needs in order to use IDup lawfully for its own customers' data, is linked from the terms and from the GDPR page.
Cookie settings
- Open the cookie settings from the link in the footer of idup.com.
- Necessary cookies cannot be switched off — without them sign-in does not work.
- Everything else can be refused, and a refusal is remembered.
- You can change the choice later from the same link; you are not asked once and then bound to it.
Inside the workspace
A company workspace has its own privacy tools under Security / admin → Setup → GDPR: consent records, data requests and retention. They are about your customers' data, not about your contract with IDup.
