Add a search profile
Enter a search profile by hand, or paste an email and let IDup AI fill in the fields.
Use this when a prospect calls, writes or visits and has not used your form. Example: A. Keller writes an email asking for a 3.5-room flat in Zürich.
Capture with IDup AI
- Click New search profile and keep Capture with IDup AI.
- Paste the whole email, note, WhatsApp text or phone note. You can also upload a file (PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB) or speak.
- Choose the channel, or leave Detect automatically.
- Click Create search profile. The AI asks at most three questions about what is missing.
- Check the preview. Fields marked by AI were recognised. Yellow ones are uncertain.
- Correct anything that is wrong, then click Save search profile.
Fill in manually
Choose Fill in manually and enter the fields yourself. The sections are Search profile, Contact and consent, Source and receipt and Original message (optional).
Source and receipt
Set the channel, for example Email, WhatsApp, Phone, Letter or Viewing. Set when the message arrived. IDup records who captured the profile.
If the AI is not available
When the limit of your plan is reached, or the AI cannot be reached, a message appears. You can always fill in the profile manually.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
