Forms for search profiles
Create a form in three steps with a live preview, publish it, and share it by link, QR code or website.
A form lets prospects enter their own search profile. Each submission creates the search profile and the contact in one go.
Create a form
- Click Create form.
- Step 1, What is the form for? Choose Rent, Buy or Rent & buy.
- Step 2, Which properties? Tick the property types. They are grouped as Living, Commercial, Land and Parking. Prospects can only choose these types.
- Step 3, What is the form called? Enter a name. A name is suggested, and it must be unique.
- Check the Preview on the right. It shows the real form and changes with every click.
- Click Create form to finish.
The last page offers Publish, the link, the QR code and Customise in the builder. A new form is a draft until you publish it.
Share it
- Copy link is the main button of an active form.
- QR code downloads a PNG or SVG in the print size you choose. Use it for flyers and shop windows.
- Embed on website gives a JavaScript code, a pop-up button or an iFrame.
Manage the list
- Filter chips: Active, Drafts, Paused, Archived and Trash.
- Four figures sit on top: visitors, new search profiles, success rate and open search profiles.
- Use the switch on a card to pause a form. Existing search profiles are kept.
- Click the name to open the builder. There you can change the name, type and property types.
Deleting a form is described in Trash, unsubscribe and deletion.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
