Matches and property offers
See which properties fit a search profile, with a percentage and reasons, and send a property by email.
IDup compares every active search profile with your published properties and vacant units. Each result shows a percentage and the reasons.
Read a match
- The percentage says how well the property fits.
- The reasons list each check, for example Price matches, Location does not match or Rooms slightly off.
- A Must feature that is missing excludes the property.
- Minimum match for a result (%) in Settings sets the lower limit.
- Recalculate refreshes the results.
Send a property by hand
- Open Matches. The list shows each property with its number of matches. Click Open on one.
- Tick the search profiles in the list.
- Click Send property for one, or Send selected for several.
A person never gets the same property twice. The result shows how many were sent and how many were blocked.
Automatic property offers
This is off by default. You switch it on under Settings with Automatic property offers.
- Only properties published after you switch it on can trigger an email.
- Only people who agreed to automatic suggestions receive one.
- Default minimum match is 80 %.
- Default delay is 15 minutes, so you can still correct a listing.
- No more than 3 emails per search profile per week.
Use Stop sending on a property to hold waiting emails, and Release again to continue.
What the person can do
The email has three buttons: Book a viewing, Request documents / interested and Not interested. A viewing goes into the calendar of your contact person. Interest adds the person as a prospect. A refusal asks for a reason and hides the property.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
