The tab Statistics sits between Overview and Forms. It shows what happens in your forms and what people want.

Where to find itReal estate → Search profiles → Statistics

What you see

  • Key figures: active and new search profiles, matches sent, reply rate, viewings and deals closed, each with a change against the comparison period.
  • Funnel: visitors, search profile, matches, interest, viewing and deal. The biggest drop-off is marked.
  • Demand map and Demand gaps: places where more people search than you have properties. A gap is written as a sentence, and a click opens the list.
  • Distributions: property type, rooms, budget, move-in date, and rent or buy.
  • Matching prospects per property.
  • Origin: form, campaign and channel.

Visitors

Visitors are counted without cookies. The IP address is never stored. You see country, source, device, language, clicks in emails and the field where people stop. Counting starts from the day the feature went live, so earlier periods show no data yet.

Period and export

  • Choose 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, This year or Custom, and a comparison.
  • Download the numbers as PDF or Excel.
  • Owner report is an anonymous PDF per property. It has no names, email addresses or phone numbers, and is never sent by IDup.
  • Create summary writes three sentences about the month. It is possible once a day and sends only key figures.
DealsA deal is counted when a search profile is set to Done and its property is marked as rented or sold. Otherwise you see no data yet.
