Why it matters

Most deals are not lost to a competitor’s better offer. They are lost to time. The estimate takes three days to write because it is assembled by hand from an old document, then it sits in an inbox because signing it requires printing, scanning or a meeting, and by the time it is agreed, the customer’s enthusiasm has cooled.

IDup compresses that whole cycle. Build the estimate from your price list, your tracked hours or the previous version in a couple of minutes, send it branded and mobile-friendly, and let the client accept and sign it online from a phone.

Once it is accepted, nothing has to be recreated. The estimate becomes the project, the terms become the contract, the delivered work becomes the invoice, and the payment books itself — so what was agreed and what is billed are guaranteed to be the same thing.

What Estimates & Contracts does for you

All in IDup — one login, no silos.

Estimates and quotes in minutes

Pull in the customer, the items, the tracked hours and the correct tax rates and send a clean, branded document in a couple of minutes — while the client is still deciding rather than three days later.

Contracts with e-signature

Get legally binding signatures online, from any device, with a timestamped record of who signed what and when. No printing, no scanning, no appointment just to put a name on a page.

Automatic conversion

An accepted estimate becomes a project, a contract and an invoice on its own terms, so agreed prices, discounts and scope carry through the whole chain without anyone copying them.

Attached to the customer record

Every version, revision and signature stays linked to the customer, the project and the financials — so a scope discussion ends by opening the signed document rather than by remembering a conversation.

Speed is worth more than polish

Speed is worth more than polish

In almost every market the business that answers first wins a disproportionate share of the work. Not the cheapest, not the most beautifully formatted — the fastest, because a decision that is still open is far easier to influence than one that has been made.

The delay is almost never deliberate. It is that writing an estimate means finding the last one, adjusting prices, checking tax rates and formatting a document, which is exactly the kind of task that waits for a quiet hour that never comes.

Removing that friction changes the win rate more reliably than discounting does. When an estimate can be produced and sent from a phone before you leave the customer’s premises, you are competing while everyone else is still queuing.

How it works

1
Create the estimate from your data

Items, hours, prices and tax rates pulled in automatically, in your branding.

2
Client reviews and signs online

Sent digitally, opened on any device, accepted and signed with a legally binding e-signature.

3
It becomes a project and an invoice

The accepted terms flow straight into delivery and billing — nothing retyped, nothing lost.

What was agreed is what gets billed

What was agreed is what gets billed

The most damaging arguments in a customer relationship are about scope, and they are almost always caused by the same thing: the agreement lives in one document and the delivery lives somewhere else, so both sides remember a slightly different version.

In IDup the signed estimate is the reference for everything that follows. The project is created from it, additional work is recorded against it visibly, and the invoice is generated from it.

That does two things at once. It removes the ambiguity that causes disputes, and it makes billing extra work a normal, documented step rather than an uncomfortable conversation you decide to skip.

Questions & Answers

Are the e-signatures legally binding?

Yes — documents are signed electronically with a timestamped audit record of who signed, when and from which device, which is what makes an electronic signature enforceable in the EU and Switzerland for ordinary commercial agreements.

Can I use my own templates and branding?

Yes. Estimates and contracts carry your logo, colours, numbering and terms, and you can keep several templates for different services or customer types.

What happens when the client accepts?

The accepted estimate converts into a project and an invoice on its agreed terms. Prices, discounts, items and tax treatment carry over automatically, so nothing is retyped and nothing can drift.

Can I send estimates in other languages or currencies?

Yes — 27 languages and 20 currencies, so a document arrives in the customer’s language and their currency without you maintaining separate templates.

Can I see whether the client opened it?

Yes. You can see the status of every estimate — sent, viewed, accepted or expired — and automatic follow-ups chase the ones that go quiet, so nothing sits unanswered because you were busy.

How fast can I start?

Minutes. Set up your template once, add your items or price list, and your first estimate goes out the same day.
