The app if you are a customer or a private user

If a company connected you, the app is your side of that relationship plus your own private area. It is deliberately small: you see what concerns you, not their workspace.

Your private area

• Your own dashboard.
• Your profile and the privacy page, where the legal documents and your rights are linked.
• Your messages with each connected company.
• Your calendar of appointments with connected companies, with Accept and Decline.
• Your hours across all connected companies, read-only, plus the timer for the company you are working for.
• The booking screen, where a company allows self-booking.

What you see of a company that connected you

• Projects you are involved in, with their status.
• Estimates, proposals, contracts and invoices addressed to you, with their status.
• Support tickets you opened and their replies.
• The knowledge base the company published for its customers.
• The product catalogue and your orders, where the company runs a shop.
• Equipment assigned to you, where the company runs an equipment portal.

What stays private

Your own area is not visible to any company, and one company cannot see the others. Ending a connection removes that company from your list and leaves everything else exactly as it was.
