Chat inside your company
A chat for your own team, attached to the workspace rather than to a private phone.
Team chat that lives on people's private accounts leaves with them. IDup Chat belongs to the company, which is the point.

Step by step
- Open Communication → IDup Chat.
- Pick a colleague or a group and write.
- Send a file when a sentence is not enough; it stays in the conversation.
- Use it beside the record you are discussing — the chat is in the same workspace, so there is no switching to another app.
Chat with customers is a different thing
IDup Chat is internal. Conversations with connected customers and employees are Messages, and conversations coming in from WhatsApp, Instagram or your website are the shared inbox. They are separate on purpose: different audiences, different rules.
