The 30-day trial, and what happens after it
Every paid IDup plan starts with a 30-day trial. The free private Basic plan has no time limit at all.
All twelve IDup plans — business, private, tax advisor and trustee — are set up with a 30-day trial period. During it you work in the real product with real data, not in a demo.
The private Basic plan is a separate case: it costs nothing and does not expire.
What you can do during the trial period
- Everything the plan includes. The trial period is not a reduced version.
- Anything you create stays yours when the trial period turns into a paid subscription — there is no import step.
- Invite your team and your customers, so you are testing the way you will actually work.
At the end of the trial period
- Shortly before day 30 you are reminded by e-mail.
- If you continue, billing starts and nothing about the workspace changes.
- If an invoice then goes unpaid, IDup does not lock the workspace immediately: there is a grace period of 30 days after the due date, with escalating reminders at day 7, 14 and 30.
- If you decide against it, say so — see Cancel or change your plan.
