Extra employees and extra companies
Every plan includes 1 login. Add employees for 29 USD per month, a company for 39 USD, and extra tax or trust clients.
Every plan includes 1 company with 1 login (Admin). If you need more, you add it on top instead of moving to a bigger plan.
Additional employees
- Each additional employee login costs 29 USD per month. The price is the same in every plan.
- Each additional employee also adds one calendar.
- Employees you deactivate do not take a login. Their place is free again.
The employee list shows how many logins are taken. When all logins are taken, the button to create an employee disappears. A button to add a login appears instead. Reactivating an employee is blocked too until a login is free.
Additional companies
- An additional company costs 39 USD per month.
- It is possible only in Enterprise, Agency and Institutional.
- Starter, Business, Solo, Team, Essential and Professional include one company and cannot add another.

Tax clients and trust clients
- A tax advisor plan includes 1 tax client. Each additional tax client costs 9 USD per year.
- A trustee plan includes 1 trust client. Each additional trust client costs 29 USD per month.
- Your clients use the client portal in the web and in the app free of charge.
- A client who has their own IDup plan costs you nothing.
Where to add them
- Open your account page and select Update subscription.
- Change the quantity of the item you need.
- Save your change.
Additional employees and companies are always billed monthly, also on a yearly plan.
