Plan limits compared

The business, tax advisor and trustee families use the same amounts. The first plan, the middle plan and the top plan differ only in size.

In the lists below, the numbers are in this order: Starter, Business, Enterprise. Solo, Team and Agency are the same. Essential, Professional and Institutional are the same.

Included in every plan

• Storage: 10 GB, 20 GB, 30 GB.
• Customers: 150, 300, 450.
• Contacts: 2,000, 4,000, 6,000.
• Products and services: 1,000, 2,000, 3,000.
• Receipt scans per month: 200, 400, 600.
• AI receipt recognitions per month: 50, 100, 150.
• Calendars: 2, 4, 6.
• Letters and documents in the Postbox: none, 300, 450.
• Social accounts per platform: none, 3, 6.

Only in the top plan

• AI words per month: 1,000,000.
• AI images per month: 5,000.
• Video minutes per month: 600.
• Chatbots: 15, with 15,000 chatbot replies per month.
• Shop connections: 6.

Logins and companies

Every plan includes 1 company with 1 login (Admin). Each additional employee costs 29 USD per month. A second company is possible only in the top plan. See Extra employees and extra companies.

Each extra employee also adds one calendar.

Tax advisor and trustee plans

These plans include 1 tax client or 1 trust client. Additional clients are billed separately. See the articles for tax advisors and trustees.
