The 30-day trial, and what happens after it
Every paid plan starts with a trial of 30 days. You are charged only after the trial.
Every paid IDup plan starts with a trial of 30 days. During it you work in the real product with real data, not in a demo.
The private Basic plan is a separate case. It costs nothing and does not expire.
What you can do during the trial
- Use everything the plan includes. The trial is not a reduced version.
- Keep what you create. It stays yours when the trial turns into a paid subscription.
- Invite your team and your customers, so you test the way you will really work.
Start the trial
- Select a plan on the pricing page.
- On the start page, choose monthly or yearly billing.
- The summary shows Due today as 0. The trial end date is shown too.
- Select Continue to payment and enter your payment method on the secure payment page.
Nothing is charged today. You can cancel before the trial ends.
At the end of the trial
- A bar in your workspace tells you when the trial ends and that the subscription is charged automatically after that date.
- If you continue, the first charge is made and nothing about the workspace changes.
- If you decide against it, cancel before the end date. See Cancel or change your plan.
Changing plan during the trialThere are no costs during the trial. The new price applies from the first charge.
