Your IDup invoices and payment method
See your plan, your invoices and your payment method in one place. This is also what happens when a payment fails.
Your subscription produces normal invoices. You see them in your workspace, not only in your e-mail.
What the page shows
- Your plan and its state: Trial, Active, Payment due, Grace period, Suspended, Cancelled or Ended.
- The amount, the date of the next charge and your payment method.
- Your invoices. Each one can be downloaded as a PDF for your bookkeeping.
Change the payment method or the address
- Open My subscription.
- Select Change payment method to update your card or bank details.
- Select Billing address and VAT number to change the invoice details.
Both open a secure payment page run by Stripe. IDup does not store your card number.
Prices and currency
Prices are in USD. If your account is in another currency, your bank converts the amount. The start page tells you whether VAT is added for your company's country.
If a payment fails
- You receive an e-mail: payment failed – please update your card. The page shows Payment due.
- The charge is retried automatically over the next few days.
- If every attempt fails, you get a grace period. The page shows Payment due – access until a date.
- After that date access is suspended. Your data is kept.
- After payment, access is restored immediately.
If you pay by invoice
Existing companies may still pay by invoice. The state then shows By invoice. Reminders come around day 7, 14 and 30 after the due date. The workspace is locked only after 30 days overdue, and paying unlocks it again.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
