Cancel or change your plan
A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Your data is not deleted.
IDup does not tie you to a contract term. You can cancel any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Step by step
- Decide whether you want to cancel or only move to a smaller plan. A smaller plan keeps your data and lowers the limits. See Choose and change your plan.
- Open My subscription and select Cancel subscription.
- Optionally tell us why you cancel. This helps us improve IDup.
- Select Cancel as of the end date. You keep access until that date, and your data is not deleted.
- Before the end date, export what you want to keep. See Export your data.
Changed your mind?
- Before the end date, select Undo cancellation. Your subscription continues.
- After the end date, select Restart subscription.
What happens to connected people
When a connection ends, the person keeps their own private account. They lose sight of your company and keep everything that is theirs. Tell them before you cancel.
If a payment is missing
Access is not cut off on the first day. See Your IDup invoices and payment method for the reminders and the grace period.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
