Your IDup invoices and payment method
Where to find what IDup has billed you, and how the payment side works.
Your subscription produces normal invoices, and you can see them in the workspace rather than only in your e-mail.
Step by step
- Open your subscription area from your account in the workspace.
- The list shows each period, what it covered and whether it is paid.
- Open an invoice to download its PDF for your own bookkeeping.
- Change the payment method there if your card or bank details change — doing it before the next due date avoids a failed payment.
If a payment fails
- The invoice becomes overdue and a first reminder follows about a week later.
- Two further reminders follow, around day 14 and day 30.
- The workspace is only locked after 30 days overdue. Paying the invoice unlocks it.
