Your start page shows what needs you today, your key figures and your day, built from what your role and plan allow.
The start page is the first screen after you sign in. It greets you by name and shows what needs you today.
Where to find itDashboard in the sidebar. The IDup app shows the same sections.
What the sections show
- Today for you — one list of what is waiting: approvals, overdue invoices, support tickets, tasks that are due, lead follow-ups and appointments to confirm.
- Key figures — for managers Revenue (month), Outstanding receivables, Pipeline value (leads) and Payment balance (month). Employees see Hours this week, Holidays left, Open tasks and Appointments today.
- My day — appointments today, a time clock and who is in the team.
- Trends — revenue of the last 12 months and leads by stage.
- Getting started — a checklist for a new company.
Step by step
- Open Dashboard.
- Work through Today for you. Each row has one button, such as Done, Approve, Pay or Open.
- Press Show all if more than eight rows are waiting.
- Click a key figure to open the page behind it.
Good to knowYou see only what your role, permissions and plan allow. The page refreshes about once a minute while the tab is open. To change the layout, see Customise your start page.
