AI Studio, AI Inbox and AI allowances by plan
Which plan includes AI Inbox, Auto Social Media Posts and AI Studio, and how large the monthly AI allowances are.
The AI functions depend on your plan. This is the Business plan family as it stands on the price page. The price page is binding.
Which plan has what
- Starter: no AI Inbox, no Auto Social Media Posts, no AI Studio.
- Business: AI Inbox, Auto Social Media Posts and the Postbox. Up to 3 social accounts per platform.
- Enterprise: AI Studio with chatbots, shop and appointments via chatbot, plus AI Inbox and Auto Social Media Posts. Up to 6 social accounts per platform.
If you do not see a menu entry, your plan may not include it. Existing customers keep the functions and limits they already had.
Monthly allowances in Enterprise
- 15 chatbots.
- 15,000 chatbot replies per month.
- 1,000,000 AI words per month.
- 5,000 AI images per month.
- 600 video minutes per month.
- 6 shop connections.
Extras
The price page lists extras for Enterprise:
- Additional chatbot: USD 9 per month.
- Additional 1,000 chatbot replies: USD 9.
- Additional 100 AI images: USD 5.
- Additional 10 video minutes: USD 3.
Where your subscription page offers extras, you choose the amount there. The price is shown before you confirm.
Separate allowanceIDup AI and the bookkeeping AI have their own monthly allowance. It is separate from the AI Studio amounts above. See Use IDup AI.
