Omni sales is for businesses that sell in more than one place at once — a shop, a counter, a portal — and want one order list rather than three.

Step by step
- Open CRM → Omni Sales → Sales channel and define each channel you sell through.
- Order list is every order across all of them, in one place.
- POS opens the counter view, organised by shift.
- Trade discount holds the discount rules that apply per channel or per customer.
- Portal is the customer-facing storefront; Diary sync keeps the schedule aligned.
- Reports shows what sold where, and Settings holds the defaults.
