Omni sales is for businesses that sell in more than one place at once, such as a shop, a counter and a portal. It gives you one order list instead of three.

Step by step
- Open CRM → Omni Sales → Sales channel and define each channel you sell through.
- Order list shows every order across all channels in one place.
- POS opens the counter view.
- Trade discount holds discount rules.
- Portal is the customer-facing storefront. Diary sync keeps the schedule aligned.
- Report and Customer report show what sold where. Setting holds the defaults.
