Choose and change your plan

The plan families exist because the four kinds of customer need different things. A freelancer is not a small trust company, and a private household is not either.

Inside a family, the three plans differ mainly in size: how many employees, how many customers and contacts, how much storage, and for the professional families how many tax clients or mandates you may manage.

The four families

• Business — Starter, Business, Enterprise. The full company workspace: accounting, invoicing, CRM, projects, inbox, AI Studio, shop.
• Private — Basic, Plus, Premium. A personal area for your own paperwork. Basic is free and has no time limit.
• Tax advisor — Solo, Team, Agency. Everything in the business workspace plus the Taxes module for managing tax clients.
• Trustee — Essential, Professional, Institutional. Everything in the business workspace plus the Trust module for managing mandates.

Employees included

• Private Basic 1, Plus 3, Premium 5.
• Starter, Solo and Essential 5.
• Business, Team and Professional 20.
• Enterprise, Agency and Institutional 50.

Storage included

• Private Basic 1 GB, Plus 5 GB, Premium 20 GB.
• Starter, Solo and Essential 25 GB.
• Business, Team and Professional 50 GB.
• Enterprise, Agency and Institutional 100 GB.

Tax clients and mandates

• Tax advisor: Solo 30 tax clients, Team 100, Agency 250.
• Trustee: Essential 30 mandates, Professional 100, Institutional 250.

Changing plan

1. Compare the plans on the pricing page for your family.
2. Choose the plan you want. Moving up takes effect straight away — the higher limits and any extra modules become available immediately.
3. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so nothing is cut off mid-month.
4. Check Central → Team afterwards if you moved down: a smaller plan includes fewer employees.
