Choose and change your plan

IDup has four plan families, because four kinds of customer need different things. A freelancer is not a trust company, and a private household is neither.

Each family has three plans. The plans differ in size and in a few features.

The four families

• Business — Starter 49, Business 79, Enterprise 119 USD per month.
• Tax advisor — Solo 59, Team 89, Agency 129 USD per month. It includes the Taxes module.
• Trustee — Essential 78, Professional 108, Institutional 148 USD per month. It includes the Trust services module.
• Private — Basic is free and has no time limit. Plus is 19 and Premium is 39 USD per month.

What separates the three plans

• Every business, tax advisor and trustee plan includes CRM, quotes, invoices, Swiss QR bill, accounting, projects, time tracking, the customer portal, the app and property management.
• The middle plan adds AI Inbox, Auto Social Media Posts and the Postbox.
• The top plan adds AI Studio: chatbots, shop and appointments via chatbot.
• Every plan includes 1 company with 1 login (Admin).

Change your plan

1. Open My subscription and select Change plan.
2. Select the new plan. The page shows what you pay today before you confirm.
3. Select Confirm change. The change applies immediately, and you pay only the difference for the remaining period.
4. If you move to a smaller plan, you receive a credit for the next charge.
5. During the trial there are no costs. The new price applies from the first charge.

You cannot move to a plan that allows fewer companies than you already have. Choose a larger plan instead.
