Cancel or change your plan
Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled to the end of the current period.
IDup does not tie you to a year. Billing runs monthly, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Step by step
- Decide whether you want to cancel or only move to a smaller plan — moving down keeps your data and simply lowers the limits.
- Cancel to the end of the current period. You keep full access until that date.
- Before the end date, export anything you want to keep outside IDup — see Export your data.
- If people were connected to your company, tell them: their own private accounts stay, but the connection to your company ends.
What happens to connected people
Nothing bad. When a connection ends, the system's own wording is: the connection has ended and the person keeps their own private account. They lose sight of your company, and they keep everything that is theirs.
If an invoice is overdue
- Reminders escalate in three steps — around day 7, day 14 and day 30 after the due date.
- The workspace is only locked after 30 days overdue, not on the first day.
- Paying the open invoice unlocks it again.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
