Keep your private accounts and file your tax

Even the free Basic plan can keep simple accounts, hold your receipts and prepare a tax filing.

A private account is not an empty shell. Accounting, cash and bank balances, reminders, documents and tax filing are all in the free Basic plan; what the paid plans add is the letterbox, automatic reading of receipts, and the ability to issue invoices.

Step by step

  1. Open Accounting in your private area. The dashboard shows what has been recorded.
  2. Record what you spend and receive. In Plus and Premium you can photograph a receipt and let IDup read it; in Basic you enter it yourself.
  3. Keep the documents in the document area, so the proof is filed with the entry.
  4. Use Reports for the totals you need at the end of the year.
  5. Prepare the filing under the tax area, and archive the finished documents there.

If a tax advisor or a trustee helps you

They can connect to you the same way a company does. You then see them in your area picker, exchange messages and documents with them, and they see only what belongs to your mandate — not the rest of your account.
