Reports and report builders
The reports that exist in IDup, and the ways to build one that does not: advanced reports, the report builder and saved filters.
IDup ships the reports most businesses need. For the others you have three tools: advanced reports, the report builder and saved filters.

Step by step
- Open Reports & Ideas → Reports. The standard set is Sales, Order Report, Quantities Report, Expenses, Expenses vs Income, Leads, Yearly Activity, Monthly Activity, Timesheets overview and Help articles.
- Choose the period and, where offered, the customer or the person.
- Export what you need to keep or hand on.
- For something the standard set does not cover, open Reports (advanced). It has Reports and its own Settings.
- To define a report yourself, open Report builder. Use Reports for the list and Templates as a starting point.
- To pass a report on to colleagues, use Sharings.
Filters that behave like reports
- Lead filters — Filter leads and Lead Filter Templates.
- Task filters — Filter tasks and Task Filter Templates.
- Service report → Client Services Report — service delivery per customer.
Reports in other areas
- Accounting → Reports (P&L/Balance Sheet/VAT) — see VAT and the financial reports.
- Appointments → Reports — see Appointment reports.
- Time tracking → Reports — the evaluation of booked hours.
Good to knowWhat you see depends on your plan and your permissions. Share the report definition, not the exported file, so everybody sees the same figures.
