Notification preferences for all of IDup

IDup is three things behind one login, and each of them used to have its own idea of when to write to you. One page now decides for all three.

Step by step

1. Open Central → Notifications.
2. The list is grouped by what the notification is about. Each entry has a switch per channel — e-mail and the in-app bell or push.
3. Turn off what you do not want. The workspace, the inbox and AI Studio all obey what you set here.
4. Save. The setting is yours alone; it does not change what your colleagues receive.

Push on the phone is separate but connected

The phone has its own category list with twenty-one switches — see Switch push notifications on or off. The central page is about what IDup sends; the phone's list is about what your device shows.

The bell cannot be switched off

In-workspace bell notifications are always delivered. They are the record of what happened in your own workspace; e-mail and push are the ones that interrupt you, and those are the ones you control.
