My calendar: your own appointments and reminders

My calendar shows your own appointments and the appointments that companies arranged with you, in one place. Your own appointments are private. Only you can see them.

It is available to everyone with web or app access, including the free Basic account.

Add an appointment

1. Select New appointment.
2. Enter a Title. It is required.
3. Choose the date with Start and End, or tick All-day.
4. Optionally add a Location, a Note and a Colour.
5. Under Reminders choose one or several, from At time of appointment to 1 week before, or a Custom time. You can set up to 5 reminders.
6. Select Save.

Repeat

Under Repeat choose every day, week, month or year. End it never, on a date or after a number of times. When you edit or delete, you decide: Only this appointment, This and all following or All appointments in the series.

Views

Switch between Day, Week, Month and List. Company appointments are marked and read-only. You can accept or decline them.

Reminders and settings

• Under Settings you set the default reminder, the time zone and how you are reminded: Push message on my phone, E-mail or both.
• Without the IDup app on a phone, reminders come by e-mail.
• The push category My appointments can be switched off.

Show it in your phone calendar

Under Show in my phone calendar select Create link. Subscribe to it in your iPhone or Google calendar. Keep the link secret, because anyone with it can read your appointments. You can renew or turn off the link at any time.

Without a connection, changes are saved on the device and synchronised later.
