Your public appointment address

Each company has its own public page where visitors can ask for an appointment. Requests sent through it arrive only with you, never with another company.

Step by step

1. Open Settings → Appointment address.
2. The page says: You can share this address with your customers. Requests sent through it arrive only with you.
3. Select Copy to copy the address, or Open page to see what visitors see.
4. Manage all requests and appointments in the menu Appointments.

Language

The page appears in the language of the visitor.

Protection against automated requests

• A hidden field that people never see turns away automated forms.
• One sender can send 5 requests per hour and 15 per day. After that the visitor sees Too many requests from this connection. Please try again later.
• The sender address is not stored in readable form.

Privacy on the booking page

• The booking form has a required tick box: I accept the [privacy policy]. It links to the privacy page of your company, or to a link you set for a calendar.
• Under Absences & privacy you set when personal data of guests is anonymised. The default is 24 months. It applies only to guests who are not a lead or a customer.
• Conversation notes are visible only to the host, administrators and staff with the permission View appointment notes. Each time a note is shown, it is logged.

Absences and holidays

Approved vacation and absences, and public holidays, make the person unbookable on those days. Appointments that already exist are never cancelled automatically. You get a notice and can reschedule or give the appointment to someone else.
