The IDup Shop
A product catalogue and an order list inside IDup, including a counter order taken by your own staff.
The IDup Shop is the selling side that lives in the workspace: the products, their categories and variations, and every order placed against them.

Step by step
- Open IDup Shop → Products and add what you sell, with price, tax and description.
- Group them under Product categories, so a customer can find them.
- Add Variations where one product comes in sizes, colours or versions.
- Order history is every order and its status.
- New order (POS) is the counter view: your own staff placing an order for a customer who is standing there.
- Open Shop settings in the sidebar for the shop-wide configuration.
What a customer sees
A connected customer sees the catalogue and their own orders in their area, on the web and in the app.
Orders and the CRM
An order can become a customer and a draft invoice in the CRM, so selling and billing are not two separate records of the same event. See Orders and their status.
