The subscription shop (IDup Shop ABO)
Products that are sold as a subscription rather than once — with their own product list and purchase log.
A subscription product is not an ordinary product with a repeat flag. It has a term, a renewal and a cancellation, and it produces invoices over time.

Step by step
- Open IDup Shop ABO → Subscription products and define what can be subscribed to.
- Use Invoice products for the one-off items that belong to the same catalogue.
- Group them under Product groups.
- Product orders is the purchase log: who subscribed to what and when.
- The resulting billing runs through Sales & billing → Subscriptions.
Where customers subscribe
Customers see the subscription products in their portal and can take one out there. What they have subscribed to shows on their own record.
