Sell at the counter: tap products, take cash, card or TWINT, print or email the receipt and close the register.

The point of sale is the counter view. Your staff tap products, choose how the customer pays and finish. Prices come from your catalogue and stock is reduced.

Where to find itSales & Shop → Point of Sale

Make a sale

  1. Search a product or tap it. You can also scan the barcode with the camera. Choose the variant if needed.
  2. Choose the customer, or leave it empty for a Walk-in customer.
  3. Add a discount to a line or to the whole receipt if you need one.
  4. Choose the payment method: Cash with change, Card or TWINT. A payment can be split.
  5. Press Charge. Then print the receipt or send it by email.

Each sale creates one order, one invoice and one payment. If you press twice, you still get one sale.

Payment methods

Card needs a connected card terminal and TWINT needs a connected TWINT account. Both are set up in Payments. A method that is not connected shows a message and a link to Payments.

More at the counter

  • Park sale to serve another customer and continue later.
  • Take back a product with a return.
  • Collect loyalty points and redeem them, if you use the loyalty module.
  • Sell without a connection. Cash and card sales are saved on the device and sent exactly once when the connection is back.

Close the register

Under Register shift you count the cash. Close and create Z report shows the difference to the expected amount.
