Connect an external shop

If your shop already exists, you do not rebuild it in IDup. You connect it and stop copying its orders into your accounting by hand.

Connect a shop

1. Open Online Store → Integrations.
2. On the tile for WooCommerce or Shopify press Connect and enter the access data of your shop.
3. Test the connection. The tile shows Connected with the number of shops. A problem shows as Connection problem.
4. Open the tile to reach orders, customers and products of that shop.

How many shops your plan includes

Your plan allows a number of external shop connections. The smallest plan of each family includes 1, the middle plan 3 and the largest plan 6. Your own online shop does not count. At the limit, IDup shows this message: Shop limit of your subscription reached. Additional shop connections can be added to your subscription.

Orders become records

An order from a connected shop can create the customer and a draft invoice automatically. Each order is imported only once, so a repeated message from the shop never creates a second invoice. Shop payments arrive in Payments.

Good to know

• The access data stays in the connection settings, never in an order.
• Your orders from all connected shops are in Online Store → Orders under their own channel.
• New orders can ring the bell: switch it on in Store Settings → Notifications.
